Gwendolyn S. Runyan

Ms. Runyan is a past Certified Public Accountant specializing in construction and real estate accounting, and income tax planning and preparation. Beginning in 1996 Ms. Runyan has been an invaluable resource for RFR Properties, LLC and its clients. From 1986 through 1995 Ms. Runyan was the Controller and Treasurer for the Cree Construction Company, Inc. She remains involved in the company in an advisory capacity and in the preparation of tax services for a number of private real estate partnerships. Prior to joining Cree Construction, Ms. Runyan held the position of Controller at GDM Architects, Inc., the position of Public Accountant at KMG Main Hurdman, Chairperson of the Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee for the Association of General Contractors and is a past board member for the Construction Financial Managers Association.
Ms. Runyan is a graduate of Western Washington University.

Ms. Runyan is married, has two children and loves golf.

Robert F. Runyan

Mr. Runyan founded RFR PROPERTIES in 1994 in Seattle Washington with the goal to provide project driven real estate services. He specializes in investment, development, brokerage and advisory services. His clients include national and regional corporations, individual investors and developers. Projects brokered or developed by Mr. Runyan have been user driven for specific facility requirements, investor driven to fulfill specific portfolio criteria and developer driven creating value added transactions.

From 1987 through 1994, Mr. Runyan was Manager of Corporate Real Estate and Development for U.S. Bancorp. In a span of seven years he established new regional headquarters throughout the northwest, including the relocation of the Seattle office, totaling over 250,000 Sq. Ft. with a leasehold value in excess of $80MM. In addition he managed the development of over 40 new banking retail locations. Prior to entering corporate real estate he was a trust real estate officer, which has enabled him to continue to serve the trust real estate market. He began his real estate career in the boom and bust oil economy of Alaska.

Mr. Runyan attended Western Washington University and majored in Business Finance. He is a past CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), past president of the Northwest NACORE Chapter (National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives) and is a licensed real estate broker in Idaho.

Dick Barrell

Mr. Barrell has been involved in various aspects of the real estate business for over 40 years and has been licensed with RFR Properties since 2003. Since 1989 and prior to joining RFR he was affiliated with W.G. Stollfus Company specializing in land development and commercial real estate.

Mr. Barrell managed a savings and loan in Idaho Falls before coming to Boise in 1972 to initiate the real estate department for Idaho Bank and Trust. Mr. Barrell was also in charge of commercial real estate for First Interstate Bank for a period of time.

In 1981, he joined a group which developed a number of independent electrical projects in Idaho and California. In 1990 Mr. Barrell and an associate formed a utility notification company called Digline which operates in Idaho and Alaska and is still an owner and director.

Mr. Barrell is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a degree in business.
